I was looking at new listings this morning and found a fantastic house listed for $900,000. You can get a lot in our area for almost a million dollars- Beautiful home on over 6 acres, all brick, Custom touches throughout, 4 bedroom, 5 baths, and 6000 Square Feet, Four car garage and a carriage house. An expensive home for our area with lots to talk about.
But this listing was a FAILURE.
First the Agent only put up 13 photos… We can have 25 in our MLS. Surely there are 25 great photo opportunities on this property? The description was pathetic. Then there are the photos themselves. Lets look at my favorites.
The sideways shot. They are so hard to fix.
This is a great kitchen island. But a bad shot from a point and shoot digital. Hazy, out of focus, poor lighting. They also need to clear the junk off the fridge and dishwasher.

The photo is bad enough as it is- glary and bad angle. At least the TV is off. But the Raccoon is perfect! Nothing says Jed Clampett like a stuffed Raccoon!
I promise, if you give me an opportunity to market your $900K or $150K house, You will have better photos than this!
