I just keep being amazed that Realtors upload these photos to the MLS…

First they have the dogs in the photo…

Then they give us the view from the other side…

As the owner of a Terrier I think it’s funny. Once they find a comfortable spot they usually don’t like to be moved. It’s called the Terrier-tude. LOL

As a prospective buyer, I’d find this helpful — to me, but not to the seller. We’ve asked our agent to prescreen to eliminate any homes with cats, as I am highly allergic and unwilling to risk my health on a tour of a home I won’t buy anyway.
