I ran across this photo searching the MLS for a client…
It struck me as strange but the full impact didn’t hit me until I visited the home in person.
Staging Tip: Remove any racially offensive artwork from your home.
Especially if it is broken in an inappropriate place.

I think the mailbox on that house may have made it on your blog if it hadn’t been overshadowed by this artwork. It just begged to be backed into
oh. my. god. People are dumber than I thought possible.
When did every piece of artwork with a dark-skinned person become offensive? We aren’t talking pickaninnies, for all we know the owners of the house may have been African-American.
The offensive thing was the beheaded artwork. An I know the owner was not African American.
