New listings are always a fertile field!

I was looking through the new listing and found some great ones…

Don't you think my shrubbery is wonderful? I'm listed for $650K in an upscale gated community. There is a house on the left there but who cares- I only uploaded one photo. Landscaping sells!

This photo is so you can imagine what the bathroom looks like at night....

And the winner of the Ryobi Tool set is Brian... Doesn't this house look like fun! Yes this really was a photo in the MLS. Action shots sell.

Its funny until its your house on the market…
