This is why I don’t take photos.
I just inherited an expired listing from another agent. The old agent had not done anything wrong but the property had not sold. As Part of my regular marketing plan I brought in my professional photographer. The old photos were not BAD they are just not nearly as good as the new ones.
Most of these shots are from almost the same angle and are all the same room, furniture and accessories. But a professional knows how to use their tools and the product is lots better… Look at the difference!
