A new listing in Golden Eagle popped up this week. Its really a fantastic house and priced well. But the photos leave a lot to be desired. Not because of the lighting, camera or angles… But the Junk!

At least they started decorating for Christmas!
When its time to list your house, clean it like your mom is coming to visit. Put anything that would distract a buyer from looking at the house away. If your don’t feel up to the task hire a house cleaner and a professional stager. I can recommended both!

Enjoyed reading your blog and seeing the not so great MLS photos. I plan to post a link on my Facebook page. When sellers are considering real estate agents, they should take a look at pictures the agent has posted of other homes they have listed.
