This is not your typical Bad MLS Photo post. I actually want to give credit to the agent that posted these photos.
Power Lines hurt value or slow resale on single family homes. Most agents will keep them out of a listing photo. This one did the exact opposite.. He is saving his clients a lot of heart ache.

At least you get a golf course view with those power lines!
Without these photos imagine how many buyers would schedule appointments and then not even get out of the car! Or even worse do a courtesy walk through just wasting the seller and agents time. The right buyer wont care and will know what to expect when they drive up.

Bad MLS Photos 
You can’t just blame the realtors there are those home owners that just insist on taking the pictures “as is” I’ll be darn if I going to clean up their mess, all I can do is tell them how to set the stage, and then the ball is in their court. Also when the client won’t let you take the correct seasonal pictures what then?
