I’m always surprised when there is something distracting/detracting in a photo that could have easily been moved out of the way. Most of the time its a small thing that would have taken the agent/photographer a few seconds to pull behind them.
Not a bad tub- but all you see is the wood shelf right?

Its hard enough to sell a trailer! Here you can see its the same width as their mini van. And its easy to climb on the roof with a 6' step ladder!
