Good Real Estate photos draw people in and give them warm fuzzy’s about the property.
These don’t! Remember all of these photos are suppose to be Marketing the House!
Is it just me or is this not really spooky? I keep thinking Mr Bear and his doll army is about to come to life! And it does not tell you much about the house.
Please come steel this shotgun... Remember you don't want to alienate any buyer. With all the anti gun sentiment out there this is a terrible marketing photo.
I just feel safer with the windows boarded up....

Bad MLS Photos 
Barry, my Realtor told me that she occasionally has sellers who insist on taking the photos themselves, and she cannot convince them that she is a professional and can do it quite well.
Oh, and, little Madison will just throw a fit if you don’t include the shot of all her dolls and plushies lined up. She spent hours getting them just right, and we don’t want to upset her. (they would rather leave the house on the market for eight more months than upset little Madison.)
