It’s what they did after the photo shoot that makes them worthy of posting.

I'm guessing this was a scan. This is EXACTLY how it showed up on the MLS.
I'm special - see my stars! An experienced agent I like who works in Tallahassee started doing these frames on his listings. He has several styles - this one made me laugh! Tell me if I'm wrong but I think they look amateurish and detract from the house.
