First they can’t move the cars parked in front of the house…

Then there is the umbrella on the ground out back…

Master Bedroom features a nice pile of clothes…

And finally my favorite… a Cat!

When you are marketing a home you do not want anything to distract the buyer from the property… Especially a pet.

My Favorite- A home in Rosehill and the Realtor could not get a pool photo without the dog!

This cat is looking right at the Realtor!

I could not make this photo from the MLS up.

It took a moment to figure out what was happening..
Carpet rolled up, TV on, chair in the middle of the room.
Then I saw him.

I ran across this photo searching the MLS for a client…

It struck me as strange but the full impact didn’t hit me until I visited the home in person.

Staging Tip: Remove any racially offensive artwork from your home.

Especially if it is broken in an inappropriate place.
