I could not make this photo from the MLS up. It took a moment to figure out what was happening.. Carpet rolled up, TV on, chair in the middle of the room. Then I saw him.

I ran across this photo searching the MLS for a client… It struck me as strange but the full impact didn’t hit me until I visited the home in person. Staging Tip: Remove any racially offensive artwork from your home. Especially if it is broken in an inappropriate place.

The instructor told them to get a fisheye lens so they could capture the entire room in one shot… New equipment is fun, but learn to use it before you post on the MLS.
